Motorgram Limited ("Motorgram", "we", "us" or "our") is a company incorporated in Kenya and operates an online vehicle marketplace and advertising platform through its website, mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

This Privacy Policy explains how Motorgram collects, receives, uses, stores, discloses, protects and otherwise processes personal data when you access or use the Platform, communicate with us, create an account, list or enquire about a vehicle, use our services, or otherwise interact with us.

• Business contacts, service providers, professional advisers and other persons who communicate with Motorgram.

3. Data Controller and Contact Details

Motorgram Limited is the data controller for personal data processed for its own purposes in connection with the Platform, except where another party independently determines the purposes and means of processing.
